We prefer that all advance registration be done on-line.

Advance Registration
The Advance Registration rate is through January 14, 2011. After January 14, you may still register on-line at the on-site rate. On-site Registration will be available at the conference (payable by check or cash).
When you register, please indicate the amount of your registration fee and also sign up for the annual Conference Banquet (Friday, February 18, 2011 at 6:30PM) -- please note that the banquet fee is separate and not included in the registration fee.
Registration Fees
Members: $115 by January 14; $125 from January 15
Non-Members: $125 by January 14; $135 from January 15
Retirees: $75 by January 14; $80 from January 15
Students: $45 by January 14; $55 from January 15
Registration Fee Includes:
--Access to ALL Conference sessions, invited addresses
--Continental Breakfast Buffet, Thursday, Friday
--Afternoon Coffee Breaks, Thursday, Friday
--Evening Receptions, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
--Conference bags, gifts
*Please note: Conference Banquet is NOT included in Registration Fee
Banquet Meal Choices:
Pine Nut and Asiago Crusted Chicken Breast: Pan seared and served with a roasted red pepper sauce and herbed orzo.
Pork Tenderloin: Sliced pork tenderloin topped with au jus and pancetta; creamy South Carolina yellow grits with spinach, mozzarella and provolone; sauteed brown sugar pears.
Shrimp and Grits: The Swamp Fox's award-winning sauteed local Carolina shrimp and grits, served in a flavorful lobster and tasso ham gravy with sauteed bell peppers and vidalia onions over stone ground adluh pepper jack grits.

Having more than one year of SCCR membership and/or conference participation will be given favorable consideration. Applicants must reside outside the U.S.
Applicants should submit:
A letter of intent justifying the request for funding
A brief Curriculum Vitae
Description of conference role (paper presentation, poster presentation, etc.)
