Register and pay fees today!
The Advance Registration rate
was through February 11, 2012.
You may still register online at the on-site rate. Registration will also be available at the conference (payable by check or cash).
Please support the conference by paying your fees ASAP. Please
note: All presenters must be registered - those who do not pay a
registration fee will be deleted from the program.
When you register, please indicate the amount of your registration fee and sign up for the annual Conference Banquet (Friday, February
24, 2011 at 6:30PM) by indicating which meal you would like --
please note that the fee for the Conference Banquet is
not included in the registration fee (see
banquet fee chart at bottom of this page).

Registration Fees
Members: $115 by February 11; $125 from February 12
Non-Members: $125 by February 11; $135 from February 12
Retirees: $75 by February 11; $80 from February 12
Students: $45 by February 11; $55 from February 12
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions, invited addresses
- Continental breakfast buffet (Thursday and Friday)
- Afternoon coffee breaks (Thursday and Friday)
- Evening receptions (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)
- Conference bags and gifts

Banquet Meal Choices
Pacific Fresh Salmon Fillet:
Topped with fresh tarragon and lime in a tangy white wine sauce.
Grilled Chicken Breast Italiano:
Topped with prosciutto mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella, and
pomodoro sauce.
Roast Pork Loin:
Pork loin stuffed with apple corn bread and smothered in an apricot glaze, served with green beans.
